VizTriz Learning Modules:

VizTriz is a revolutionary approach to applying classic Russian TRIZ in a more user-friendly manner.  As powerful as TRIZ (Theory of Inventive Problem-Solving) may be, it struggles under its own ponderous weight, so highly structured and convoluted that even hardcore engineers are resistant to using it. Thus at P&G we often referred to TRIZ as “the world’s most powerful problem-solving tool that no one’s ever heard of”. Yet at its core are a set of elegantly simple precepts that are the heart of Altshuller’s original vision.  By applying our creative visual techniques to the various TRIZ modules, we evolved VizTriz, a more user-friendly "Visual TRIZ" approach to inventive problem-solving.  Simple enough for a fifth-grader to grasp, yet powerful enough for a TRIZ Master.  We field tested our VizTriz concepts from universities to  middle schools to Fortune 500 clients with great results. Try our VizTriz tools for yourself or schedule a hands-on workshop where we can tackle your real-world problems head-on.
